By accessing and using the services provided by Danoom Wellness Ltd., including saunas, plunge pools, hydrotherapy tubs, and smoothie bars, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service.

Use of Service

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued as long as cancellations for sessions are made an hour or more prior to the session start time. No refunds will be available if a session is not cancelled within this time frame.

Termination of Account

Users can cancel non-member accounts at any time. Member accounts can cancel any time before their next payment is due.

Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services and on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of our company (or its suppliers) and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will our company or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Services.
